By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with us for the Services. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event. These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to us using the contact information provided on this website.
REFUND POLICY
At Camper Dynamics, each camper is made-to-order based on individual customer specifications. Due to the nature of our products and the extensive customization involved, we follow a transparent but strict refund policy.
- Order Confirmation and Deposits:
Upon order confirmation, a non-refundable advance payment (as specified in the quotation) is required to initiate design, material procurement, and production activities.
This advance ensures allocation of materials, manufacturing slots, and design resources and therefore cannot be refunded once work has commenced.
- Cancellations Before Production:
If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of order confirmation and before production or procurement has begun, Camper Dynamics may consider a partial refund of the advance amount at its sole discretion.
Once materials are procured or fabrication has begun, no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellations After Production Start:
After production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Any balance payments due must still be completed as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Completed Products and Custom Orders:
As our campers are custom-built, no refunds or returns are accepted once the final product is delivered.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or discrepancy from the approved design, Camper Dynamics will provide necessary repairs, replacements, or adjustments at its discretion.
Products damaged due to misuse, or modification are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Refund Processing:
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment.
Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Changes to This Policy:
Camper Dynamics reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future transactions.
